Community involvement is essential for the success of the Maison Fairbairn House project and our supporters are rallying to the cause! Supporters are found in many different categories. Some support with financing, others with 'in kind' donations; some organize special fund-raising events and others, our essential volunteers, offer their time and enthusiasm.

Our Founders have been with us the longest. They are the ones who are providing time and major financing during this foundation phase of the Fairbairn House Heritage Centre.

Our Partners will walk with us into the future. It is their continuing support in terms of financing, volunteered time, ideas and, above all, enthusiasm that will make the heritage centre a continuing success.

Finally, we are relying on supporting Friends... those visitors, small businesses and supporters who see a future in our heritage centre and offer financial donations to help.

Fairbairn Founders

Our major founders include the following individuals, agencies, organizations and governments:

Our Fairbairn Founders:

have donated over $15,000
will be listed on our Founders Wall to be located in the entrance hall of the heritage centre
will appear in the builders' book to be completed when the heritage centre opens
will have special privileges and visibility at the Centre.

Fairbairn Founders can now take advantage of an innovative approach for their donation: they may now provide $1,000 every four months, every six months or every year until the sum promised reaches $15,000. This will ensure steady funding for the interior renovations, as well as for the first years of operation. Tax receipts will be delivered as donations are received by the Municipality.

Fairbairn Partners

Our Fairbairn Partners:

have donated $1,000 - $14,999 or have provided a major service or contribution in kind
will be listed on our Fairbairn Partners Wall located in the entrance hall of the heritage centre
will appear in our builders' book to be completed when the heritage centre opens
will have special access to the Centre.

Our special Premier Partners program has started. Show your support for the project with a $1,000 donation amortised over a 10-month period. You will receive a tax receipt, an official Donor Certificate and our thanks. This special program runs until renovations are completed.

Fairbairn Friends

Our Fairbairn Friends:

have donated $10 to $999
will have his/her name recorded in the Builders Book

If the supporter wishes, a donation can be determined through a personalized sponsorship package in which specific items, such as use of donor logo in marketing material or signage or placement of booths at events, can be priced and combined into a donation package. Contact us if you are interested in this type of arrangement.
